They are really good to us. For minor tire pressure they just help for free. Can rely on them to keep our car in great shape. Not the best price on new vehicles but a nice experience. Eastern has better deals but not worth the experience

Just wanted to share my excellent customer experience dealing with TIM and RONNY from the MURRAY JEEP RAM DODGE Collision Centre at 300 Pemibina Hwy. Our 2017 Grand Caravan Crew had recently been the victim of a parking lot hit 'n run, significantly damaging the rear passengers side panel and rear bumper. Due to previous work that Tim and Ronny had done for us, it was a no brainer to call up Tim after the MPI assessment and get him to schedule us in for the collision repairs. Tim and Ronny and their team of collision vehicle repairs specialists are such professionals and always have shown us, through their words, action, and results, that they really do care about their customer's vehicle health, vitality, and longevity. They never forget to address you by first name, no matter the length of time in between visits, have everything booked and ready for replacement vehicles, etc, and their commitment to customer service is second to none in the city. Not an exaggeration but definitely a 10 out of 10 across all Customer Service satisfaction metrics. Due to this level of professionalism and attention their customers needs and wants, they are the first Collision shop I recommend to friends and family. Van looked like brand new again after they were finished with it. They even were mindful of the van's warranty and notice some other issues and had them resolved, as well. I was looking, but wasn't looking until I ran into Brynne. She was top notch from start to finish both with personality and knowledge. She was very thorough and caring in her approach and knew exactly what questions to ask me. She was very considerate of my budget and did not attempt to over sell or pressure me into something I didn't want. If I didn't like the vehicle she showed me, based on my needs, she had a backup plan and immediately had another option. When we found the one I wanted, the management team worked with me to make sure I felt valued and like a family member. Liam in finance was very professional and worked hard to get me the best rate he could and was a pleasure to work with. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations including Brynne delivering my vehicle to my house so I wouldn't have to come in rush hour to pick it up! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
The excellent car buying experience with our man "GABE". This is our 2nd vehicle purchased with dealership MURRAY 300 PEMBINA Customer service is great, Fast transactions and NO GIMMICKS. Hoping to get back with them in the future. Their WEBSITE POP UP IS VERY ANNOYING SPECIALLY when customer is looking the website. Please terminate that pop up and I am pretty sure you will have happy customer. Other than that 5 star!
It was the best ever family-car-buying experience we ever had. My wife and I was very impressed how we were being treated as a customer in this dealership by Gabe Carlos. He was very nice and friendly, very knowledgeable, will offer you a lot of options and most of all he is not aggressive/pushy agent as we encounter most of the time, and that is what matters to us most. We can get hold of him anytime if we have questions, and he got answers. We chose Murray Pembina not because of their great deal but because my wife and I wanted to close the deal with Gabe.
